SALISH SPIRIT
We see screens as a window into a supernatural world where anything is possible. By imposing 3D renderings of the Thunderbird onto video footage of Vancouver and the surrounding areas, we aim to bridge the gap between natural and supernatural and foster a deeper connection to Vancouver's roots. The video will be viewable until February 26th, 2024.

This project was commissioned by the City of Vancouver Public Art Board through the Platforms: 9 places for seeing program. It was in production for ten months and displayed on January 1st, 2024. Using tools like Autodesk Maya, Zbrush, and Substance Painter the Thunderbird character was sculpted and painted digitally.
The following is an interview with Austin Harry that was aired on APTN.
